Ashby Rule #7 - Broadhead Edge Finish
Broadhead edges that have been honed and stropped smooth have a 26% advantage over smooth filed edges and a 60% advantage over the coarse “serrated” Howard Hill edge.

Tuffheads come hunt sharp out of the pack and I don’t touch them until they need it. This one was in drawer mounted and unmounted and the edge was covered in rust,  broke out the KME and my box of stones and diamonds and strops and worked it over. Not sure how much of a difference the polished, mirror edge makes but it makes for a cool photo!
