Thinking about a new bow....

No I'm getting rid of my Zipper Recurve. I'm just wanting to try a Long Bow and different maker. So I've looking and the Toelke Whistler has really caught my eye. Thinking 60" and 44#'s @ 30". My Zipper is 60" and 48#'s @ 28". I'm drawing about 30.5". I really need to work on my form so I think dropping poundage is best. Not to mention I'm shooting a 660g arrow so I don't think I'll miss the extra poundage.
So what's your guys opinion on the Toelke Whistler?

There is another post here from a few days ago titled "which Toelke?" that you might read through. I can offer that Dan after many years of nothing but Whips as his personal bow changed to the Whistler and is very high on it and your draw length is the same as his.

There are tons of good bows and bowyers around. Check out the classified section too and I own two toelkes.
Here is what the bow does even if I stuff it up. First shots in 6 months or so- excuse the pig - rabbit hybrid looking art. It works for my shooting

You'll love the Whistler, I have 2 one piece models, one that's 47@31" and the other is 54@31 and I'm waiting on a new to me 2 piece that should be about 52 and change @31", probably will consign the heavier of the 1pieces at rms when it gets here. They are an absolute joy to shoot and carry!

Various bows, but if you see me shooting, it's probably a Toelke in my hand!
