« on: December 19, 2021, 11:06:51 PM »
A little early but been getting a lot of questions on dates from people wanting to make plans and vacations and such. It will be April 29/30 May 1st 2022. It is usually held on the first full weekend of May except on years when the first full weekend in on Mother's day and that is this year , so it's a week early. Hope yall can make it, always a good time for sure. Thank you! Now I can put in My vacation!

There will be LOT'S of Osage staves there, last year they were 60 to $100.00.

Hopefully I will do the bow build and shoot!
Soon as the sap rises I got some hickory to cut as well.

Going to build me some wood arrows in several weights just for this. Hopefully I will have some that shoot!

What do people do for accommodations? Camper trailers? Tents?

Campers and grandsons are welcome.    Lots of stuff for kids to do and lots of parents paying attention. Camping is free, the sooner you get there the better chance of a place to park your camper.
Saturday evening is the pot luck supper for everyone. Ice is available on site and food, burgers and hotdogs with fixins available Friday through Sunday. There is a shower but you have to time that just right.
