Phoenix Area Question
« on: May 03, 2008, 11:47:00 AM »
I am coming to Phoenix for a couple of days. Other than Bass Pro, Cabela's, REI, Sportsman's Warehouse, or Dick's, can you tell me about some good sporting goods stores to go vist while I am there. I would like to see archery, guns, hunting, fishing, and outdoor sports stores--especially those that are local, independent stores. Please give me some ideas for my visit next week. Thanks.

Is the trad store in Mesa (I think it's called Four Peaks) worth a visit while I'm in town?

I went to Four Peaks when I was there. The place is really 'old school'. They have a lot of trad stuff; it is well worth going to, in my opinion. The owner is a real hoot; politically correct, he isn't.  :smileystooges:
