I almost got one a few years ago but just not much info out there on them. Kinda moved in but still curious. Don’t see them for sale on classifieds much and not many reviews so interested myself in what people
Think of them.

I have one. I like it, it shoots nice, I just have not given it the time to really work with it as I got a widow that feels better and I tend to only shoot one bow for a long time.

Those pics are nice! Haha I hope to pick up a widow as well someday. I’m digging the copperhead skin limbs!

I had a Bear Ausable a few years ago.  It was a great shooting bow and the finish was wonderful.  I sold it only because I needed to drop down in weight.

You won't be disappointed with an Ausable!

Those are limbsations from one stringer. It’s basically a sticker. But a whole heck of a lot cheaper than real skins.

I had one a couple years ago.  I don't know if I got a fluke, but the shelf was NOT crowned like it was supposed to be according to advertising.  It was flat as can be and I could never get arrow flight like I wanted.  I ended up getting a Bodnik Slick Stick in it's place and the Slick Stick BLEW the AuSable out of the water in terms of performance, accuracy and overall shootability!!

Got this 50# one from a friend last spring & killed bucks in both IN & KY with it last fall. Used basswood arrows I made tipped with Woodsman BHs. Shoots great and hits harder than my other LB that draws 54#. You won't be disappointed.

A wooden LB is begging for wooden arrows though!  ;)
