Andrew, Thank you for posting!!! That's most interesting.
I've NEVER had that happen, and I seriously doubt that anyone has shot more of the 190 Grizzly BH's into stuff of all sorts than I have - and nowadays most all those I use are on 125 gr. steel adaptors.
If a split like that happend with one of the 190's I'd shot, I'd certainly contact them and, if they wanted, Id'd send them the head back, so they could see it. This sounds like a serious quality control issue, and needs to be called to their attention (ASAP), as well as that of other bowhunters.
I certainly hope the folks at Grizzly respond/reply better than what I received from 3-Rivers, regarding the breaking 75 grain steel adaptors! Whenever we bowhunters find some piece of equipment that isn't 'up to snuff', we really should make it know. It benefits all of us, and bowhunting in general.
