VroomVroom what point weight up front are you shooting on them? You should be able to play with point weight and arrow length to get them flying true for you. If you want to run a real heavy point or broadhead would require 400's. I'm shooting a 175 gr point, 74 grain insert and 28" GT trad classic 500 and they work for me. 45# @28 centercut longbow.
62" Hybrid Reflex/Deflex Longbow

Wow.   I’m up here by myself.   No one I know shoots bow or is interested in traditional  archery.  No stores nearby with traditionals archery stuff or the bare minimum.    So I can’t compare others arrow flight etc. YouTube basically.   That’s heavy weight up front you’re shooting.    I should get the gf to measure an arrow for me.  I’m thinking I cut them 30.5”.   I only have a 50 gr insert and 125 gr tip on the 400 and it seems a good flight. But you have much heavier and 2 inches shorter.

Well I’m not sure if this recurve I’ll get going is Center cut but I’d bet it is.   So it sounds like you’re doing it.   I have mostly 125 heads so I’d be lighter and a touch longer. At least I hope.

How heavy are those arrows?    I thought a 175 gr was pretty heavy. Lol.    I like the look of the traditionals.  I just wanted to see what these collars are all about.

I’m amazed with the lighter tip weight vs what others have mentioned on their setups, that my arrow don’t ramp off the bow to the left. But I was consistently aiming at, and hitting a bag target at 40 yards. I’ve got the arrow flying straight inline with a tree trunk 70 yards away so they seem to be going where I’m looking if I know the arc.    I haven’t shot them much. Hoping the weather is better this time home.   I tend to grab the four feather fly flus a lot.  They’re shorter than my gt trads by a good strong inch or more in 400s. They sflight straight.  But I haven’t thought of them so much because they have such large feathers to stabilize them fast
