SinoArt Falcon bow from Amazon thoughts….
« on: October 24, 2022, 02:06:56 PM »
I want to know what everyone thinks of the Sinoart recurve bow for like $89 dollars from Amazon? I bought one of these Japanese made recurves, kinda pretty excited about trying it. I bought it in 60lbs as a training aid, so it hopefully will serve as one to help me better shoot my 55lb Bear.

Hey Larry, I’m positive this the same bow I have, got mine awhile back off the big auction for a song. It’s the same bow Tex Grebner did a YouTube video on. You’ll really have to build out the side plate as it’s cut way past centre. I threw away the stock string and put an SBD on it .It shoots great and for the price can’t be beat ,have fun with it .I got the camo model in 60# it throws arrows real nice.

Are you sure they're made in Japan?

Thanks for setting me straight on that, I was just assumed, because the bow looks fairly decent, Chinese made didn’t cross my mind for some reason

I'm pretty familiar with Japan, and couldn't imagine something made there being that cheap.

Chinese quality has admittedly improved quite a bit in the past 10 years, its just hard to get past it being made in China.  But it is nice for someone looking to get into hobbies/addiction on a budget.  I've got the Korea made Samick Journey with the R3 foam limbs, and I'm pretty happy with it.
