Wraps overlap

Silly question maybe.   I have the gt trad classic xt’s. Smaller O.D.    The wraps may overlap quite a bit.  Has this brought up any issues?  I’d wrap a few to bare shaft them first chance.

I order from Onestringer and usually pick a size up from their guidance chart. I like the idea of a small overlay. If your just buying them as a 'standard' size from a retailer you probably will get a much larger overlay so I can't say if that wouldn't cause a problem or not.

My recommendation is look at the Onestringer wraps and chart. They are a sponsor here and very nice people to deal with.

For the smaller diameter Goldtip Trad Classics, you will want a 0.95” arrow wrap. It will give you just the right amount of overlap.  The overlap won’t affect anything.  As you’ve heard already, Onestringer makes great wraps. I pretty much buy one size that will fit most all my arrows.  If the overlap seems too much on some arrows, I just cut them.
I use a straight edge and a sharp Exacto-knife and cut them to the correct width. Easy-peasy.
