Progression......A beautiful thing!

Quite a few of us started hunting with a gun, than onto a compound and than a traditional bow.
That's the same way I started my son when he was able to hunt.  

Here's a few photos of my son's journey at 12 years old, 13, 14 and now 16 years old and driving        


Nothing is more special to him than his doe taken with a longbow. He hunted all year and was blessed with an opportunity the last day of the Maryland season.

That's just cool, great series of photos. When I looked through them the first time I thought this could be an ad for the Schafer Silvertip "the bow you'll eventually own" slogan.
Congrats to you and your son!!! Looks like he's progressed into quite an athlete too.
