Excellent bows, if you have small hands you might send them a trace of your bow hand so he can match grip to your hand as the grips run a little big...I have a med. size hand and after I got used to the grip on the Hunter II I had I really liked it. These bows have good speed, very stable and are dead quiet when set up right, wish I would of kept mine..good deal for the money.

Not a rocket (never intended to be one), but an excellent all-abound bow, and a great "secret".  I have a Crusader Lb, and a H-2 Curve.  I like ChekMate bows.

Have had several CM's, H1, H2's, and an H56.

Currently I have a 60" H2 and an extra set of limbs, which was my primary bow until I discovered the sheer shootability of the Bob Lee TD Hunter.  Now the H2 backs up the Lee.

IMO, the H2 is the better choice between the H1 & H2. I personally believe the H2 is the best value in Trad bows currently available, affordable, smooth, reasonably fast, and forgiving...
