I have been bare shaft tuning for a long time and consider myself fairly proficient at it. However a bow that I've been shooting recently is giving me some frustration. I'm thinking it's my form causing the issue and not the bow but wanted to see what you guys thought.
The issue is when I can't the bow. If I hold and shoot with the bow perfectly vertical I get a perfect bare shaft. But when I can't the bow I get a hard left kick. Same thing with feathers. Vertical bow, prefect flight.
The bow is way lighter than what I'm used to shooting, so maybe my heavier bows have just masked an issue in my form? Perhaps I'm inducing torque on the string when I cant.
Thanks for your opinions!
