I use the Saunders PAC tab. I find it really slick and impervious to sweat and rain.
It's more like a homogeneous plastic than a woven nylon. I didn't even know that was a thing

I've been using the Sauders Pak Tab for many years, and am fully satisfied.

Big Jim tab showed up yesterday and doesn't look like much trimming will be needed, we'll see how the spacer works. Bateman looks like it will be here Monday.

Bateman tab showed up this afternoon. Big Jim looks the best out of the box, Bateman is next, as far as, trimming needed. RJ needs the most attention. That's my initial take. RJ has been shooting good after I got it trimmed.

Put some more arrows down range with the RJ tab through my Paul Bunyan Fiberglass recurve. It did Ok. Shot a few with my Big Jim tab, but not enough to make any comparison. Tomorrow will be a long shooting day, so I'll have more data. Trying not to shoot my Death Adder.

What are your testing criteria? What are you looking for and how are you going to get there?

David;
Totally un-scientific. So far have shoot the RJ Elite and Big Jim's. Both are OK, but the RJ needed a good amount of trimming to get it "comfortable". So far, Big Jim's tab has not been trimmed and it shoots well. Looking for comfort, smoothness of release, repeatable accuracy and feel. Focusing on getting my "new to me" Paul Bunyan 100, 50# dialed in. The limb tips are very small and I'm working through that. Trying to get the loops small enough. Put a couple(2) pieces of thicker para cord type material, sheaths in the D97 string as silencers and that has worked wonders. Whisper quiet and the sheaths are not shot in yet. This could be a great turkey bow at 50#, easy to draw slowly and shoot.

I have one of the 3-under nylon tabs. The maker recommends that your treat it with coconut oil. At room temp. coconut oil is a solid but if you rub it it warms and penetrates the weave of the nylon face.

I'm a Death Adder fan, as well. Shooting RJ Elite, Big Jim and Bateman to see what I like better or best.

RJ and Big Jim are being shot and both do OK, kinda lean toward the Big Jim a bit, as of right now. Bateman hasn't been shot yet, still trying to work the bugs out of this Paul Bunyan 100, still trying to get arrows spined light enough. Have several 2020, a couple 2115, might have some 400 carbons, but they're pretty stiff for 50#. Hope to run into something in the bucket that might work a bit better.

The RJ tab has been doing well, the only short fall for me was the need to cut/trim of so much to get it "comfortable". The Big Jim feels good, as well. No trimming needed and it fits. Have not shot the Bateman tab yet. Need to get some more string time on all these. It's already starting to get hot in the afternoon.

I had never seen the Saunders tabs before. I ordered one of the mono tabs after seeing this thread.
Interesting material. Even with one layer, it offers plenty of protection with a 55# bow. Incredibly slick. Unfortunately, it is too stiff for me, I think. I can’t get the string feel when setting the hook. I have heard they used to be made of a more flexible material.
