I saw that hat also when he emailed me about being a Sponsor and I'd like to know also where he, or who ever, got that.

I'll be seeing James tomorrow at the Schiele Museum knap in in Gastonia, NC, The hat he has on while drawing one of his Asiatic horn bows is made from dog fur he felted and formed into the hat. James is an incredible craftsman, flint knapper and bowyer from selfbows, all styles of Asiatic horn bows to bamboo back and belly bows and glass laminated bows including Hummingbird Bows that he now makes.
I've known James for close to 30 years.

I met James at the Tennessee Classic in 2023. I finished one of his glued up BBO bows it’s a very good shooter. Heck of a nice guy. Had some great looking glass bow's also. I looked at one several times but luckily someone else got it. ( I do not need another bow )
James gave me a ramp to eat , let’s just say that it must be an acquired taste. But I swear mosquitoes and no see ums didn’t bother me for a while.
Welcome
