Thanks for the link 3R man.  As you know we have quite a few of these feral critters in the Top End of Australia.  They are the Asiatic Buffalo.  They are feisty dangerous critters without a doubt.

However the really dangerous ones are the Cape Buffalo in Africa.  A man has to be figuratively endowered with his manhood the size of melons to take on one of those babies with a bow.  That is why I have so much respect for Paul Schafer & H.Hill.

One hour of life, crowded to the full with glorious action .... is worth whole years of those mean observances of paltry decorum, in which men steal through existence, like sluggish waters through a marsh, without either honor or observation

Didn't the feature this hunt in Bowhunter Magazine or a Traditional Bowhunter Magazine last year...if I remember correctly it was in one of the two.  If this is the case they all had a lot of fun and all had a great adventure at very close range.

I thought they alluded to the fact that they were coming out with a video with all the hunts that took place.

Should be a blast.

Al, LOL that WAS the States accent. I did one trying to sound like you guys and it was so terrible that we laughed out loud. Could have destroyed the great relationship between our great countries.

It still makes me sad to watch it because I miss Bill. He was a great man.

Great article in TBM Ben.

Josh, I wrote a story for Petersens Bowhunting on the first hunt Dale and I took. It came out earlier this year.

Suttoman, I've spent some time around cape buffs too and really did't see any difference between the species aside from the horn shape. They both get my respect.
