Dumb question?

I see alot of trad gatherings advertising coon shoots, I suppose it might seem obvious what a coon shoot is but since coon are out of season in the summer, what exactly is a coon shoot?

You shoot through a 3d course at night.  Everyone brings a flashlight and shines it on the target while someone shoots.

A coon shoot is a 3D shoot in the dark with the help of a flashlight in most cases usually the targets are small game themed. There alot of fun if you get the chance try one you will enjoy it.
