California Trad gangers
« on: May 26, 2008, 11:23:00 PM »
Hey guys, as I mentioned in my long overdue update to my buildalong, I'm working in California through this July. Its a pretty interesting new place for a northwoods boy but its pretty spectacular country.
I have to post on the off chance that maybe theres some shooting nearby or maybe a fellow ganger in the area. I'm in Lompoc north of Santa Barbera working at Vandenburg AFB.
I couldnt bring any bows with but would like to get in touch with anyone in the area who knows where a guy could get out, I could always have a bow shipped!
  ;)  Thanks ahead of time
Jared

Hey Jared, I don't know about any ranges in your area, this one is south of you, but not to far.    http://www.syvbowclub.org/

You can also check here  http://www.cbhsaa.net/Road%20to%20Ranges/roads%20to%20ranges.htm

You have some great hog hunting right there on the base.

Hey thanks for the respsonses guys, I'm going to check out those leads.
Hogs?! why didn't somebody tell me!!! The bow would definitely not have been left behind. I'm going to have to check out if I can hunt.

Another SYV Bow club member here.
I live in Buellton about a mile and a half from the Santa Ynez Valley Bow club. I'm there just about every weekend and I'd be happy to loan you a bow and get you out shooting. shoot me an email at [email protected] if you'd like to go!
Kurt it's nice to find a fellow tradganger so close!
Mark
