the name is Texas State Longbow Assn. at Sherwood.
David Sykes is the contact you need. He can be reached at work on weekdays at 817-332-1219.

I'll second Sherwood as a place to shoot in Ft. Worth. Traditional only. The Texas State LB Championships are held there every Memorial Day. Good people to associate with. Just wish it was closer to Ovilla. At $4.00 a gallon 50 miles one way is a haul when I can shoot at home.

Can you shoot broadheads at Sherwood?
I was going on join Denton County Archers because you can shoot BHs there as apposed to CowTown Bowmen where you can't. But DCA is kind of a far drive at $4 a gallon even though I live in North Forth Worth.
If Sherwood is closer though...

Kolt,
We are members but don't get a lot of chance to get down and shoot. It's a great range with a good walkthrough. We keep 15 3D targets on the range, including an elk.
Jason and I plan to spend some time down there shooting the elk before Sept.
