Hi guys,
here in Italy there is a saying : " Never sell the bear's fur before have kill it ! "....
Anyway I think is better to be prepared to every thing so, due the fact I will be in Ontario next fall hoping to harvest my first black bear, I'd like to know wich is the best way to trasport the fur in at least 24 hours journey.
Frozen? Salted ? Under vacuum ?
I'm thinking to prepare a plain rug by myself at home, using the recipe usually I use for roe deer and other furs.
Any help is welcome .
Ciao Army
