Proper arrow selection

I'm picking up a Whisperstik Longbow, 45#@28" and want to know what would be a good aluminum arrow size to start out with. 30" draw length. 2215?

With your long draw length a 2016 should be about right. It you front weight your arrow with a heavy point or some weights behind the insert you could probably shoot a 2018 also.

I was off on my draw length. I have a 30" DL with a compound. 29" with a recurve.
Now how do you come up with the proper arrow size? If I go by the EASTON arrow chart and use the 45 - 50# it states a 2213 or 2115 is right. I'm confussed????????
