Triple U Ranch in Pierre, SD...but few would call this a hunt.
Finding and hunting free range bison is difficult...and expensive, however, there are several bison ranches (many with wide open spaces and usually fenced) that can offer the bowhunter a challenge.
I've taken 3 and my family and I think it is some of the best tasting meat to be found anywhere.
You live in a great state that should have excellent bison "hunting". Want to take one with your Pronghorn?

Utah has a draw for a free-ranging herd of buffalo. The best odds are for a cow. It is a mighty tough hunt and can take years to draw.
There is are some "shooting" opportunities for buffalo a couple of hours north of you.
The gentleman who has them has several sections.
I believe his smallest pasture is 1 mile X 1.5 miles.
We have gone and shot buffalo at his place. It has been a good time to take a road trip with family.
PM me if you would like info on the Wyoming buffalo.

I don't know anything about this place except what the internet tells me, but it is close to you in Cheyenne. I have thought about sticking a buff myself.
