I thought that went well. It was good to meet folks we'd only talked to on line. I'd do it again next year. Maybe we could all go shoot a course together as well.

I enjoyed swappin smokes with you as well Jeff  :bigsmyl:

I enjoyed it, that was the first time I have every got to meet any fellow TGers. I also like the idea of maybe shooting one of the courses together.

I would have loved to come over and visit, but like Mike said - Saturday is a busy time for the vendors.  Speaking as a vendor, I'd love for everyone to come by and introduce themselves as a fellow TradGanger.  I'd appreciate being able to visit that way if still unable to make the gathering.

Yep.  I enjoyed it.  Didn't get to meet everyone.  Would do it again.  Jeff, I notice you kept a list of folks who stopped by.  Any chance you could share that with us.  Would help me remember the names.  Thanks again for your effort.

Jeff - I talked to the some of the people at the information table and they told me if this is going to be an annual thing to let them know and they would put it in there bulletin.

Jeff, it was under the big tent where they had food, tables and chairs.  We met at noon.  Nice to put some faces with names.  Chatted with a couple of other former Marines.

Jon, no such thing as former Marines.  Once a Marine, always a Marine.  Semper Fi guys.

And, yes, I'd do it again.  Love to see it as a part of any large gathering.

I enjoyed the meet and greet, nice to put faces on people. Sorry I had to leave so soon but I would love to make it an annual event. I'm just thinking outloud but would a hat, t-shirt, pin, anything like that work as a conversation starter? Its hard to talk to everyone to find out who they are. There's just not enough time!!! We even went down on Wed. and still missed meeting alot of people. Maybe I should make it a full week next year. LOL.
Thanks Jeff for getting this started   :clapper:    :clapper:    :clapper:

I was sitting the Sitka booth and kind of forgot about the TradGang gather (we were BUSY), but think it'd be worth doing again.  I wish big events like Compton and even our statewide banquets and jamborees/rendezvous would not only always have name tags, but also put internet handles on them.  I think it would definitely help bring people together.
