HARL -

I've seen and shot that bow both before and after.......it looks fine, very fine. Just wish I'd got to it before Bill did.   :D

Ric,
It was a beauty for sure.I should have kept it I guess. Was the last one Jeff made.I never thought someone would continue with the Longhorn.I thought maybe it would mean something to someone so I sold it.So I guess you can figure what I went and did.Ordered a new Longhorn from Jim.

Harl:
I thought long and hard before sending that bow to Jim.It came back to me looking great. I'm very pleased with the finish. Jim does great work. I was pleased enough to buy one of his Longhorn Elites at the Texas Longbow Championships over Memorial Day weekend. Another beauty, but with Belcher Longhorn Elite on the limb, not Massie. Good luck with your new bow. Bet you'll love it.

Well, me, too. here's a Massie straight limbed longbow, 66", 59#@28". It's all elm(?) actionwood, with a slight dished grip. I had a reverse handle at one time, and sold it. Great bows.
