Footing
« on: July 08, 2008, 10:19:00 AM »
Hi
Bean reading here for a while, and now I have a question.
What size aluminum shaft will fit as footing on a gold tip traditional 5575?
Thanks for a great place to learn.
Regards from Norway

I believe you need the 2216, but may be mistaken. I used 2216's on my CX Terminator Selects, which is very similar in diameter to the GT Traditional 5575. Hope this helps!   ;)

Here's a pic of the 6 shafts I footed with 2216s...

Yes, I used an epoxy called Araldite. I'm not sure if you get it over there in Norway, but it is a quick setting, white epoxy.
