It all depends on if your mostly a stand hunter. My feet freeze all the time. I gave up on bulky boots. Tough to walk in. Tough to climb a tree stand with. I'm a believer of wearing light weight boots to the stand and then putting on my BOOT BLANKETS! If it's really really cold I'll throw a couple hand warmer packets in there. Down side is they make the tree stand platform a lot smaller. But sometimes the last 45 minutes of daylight which I think is prime time I'll take them off. Sometimes I swear I've took them off too early and can't make the last few minutes. I have the Artic Shield boot covers and absolutely hate them. Not near as warm and noisy as heck for me.

By far the best solution that I have found as well.  I use this when it is really cold, for me anyway. Say below 25 degrees.  I have a product called hot mocs that I use if it is above 25 degrees.  Lightweight uninsulated boots, and using these products.  The hotmocs pack down really small, but the boot blankets are very bulky.  Unfortunately, the hotmocs have been discontinued.

Boots blanket covers! Wear warm socks, a light pair of boots and put the covers on once you reach the stand. I've tried everything to, this with a hand warmer taped to the toe of the light boot is perfect for me in extreme cold weather.

Warm boots for stand hunting is a contradiction that will not really work.
No matter what, our hands and feet sweat the most. Moisture against your skin is the enemy of warm feet.
Instead of warm, dry feet, it should say: dry and warm feet.
First: No gore-tex in your boots. It will keep moisture in your boots as it is non-water vapor permeable.
Second: No tight socks of anything that can hold moisture. That rules out wool.
third: a trapped layer of air that can't move is a great insulator.
forth: When you walk to your stand, your feet will sweat more if you have heavy insulated boots already on.
5th: insulation material is not allowed to hold moisture
6th: Nothing made in China will provide the warmth you look for, especially from a big box retailer. Thier business model is to sell you the cheapest crap they can get away with and do it again in one ore two years.
7th: Good quality stuff costs a little more, but will last much longer.
What I do:
1. Wear as your first layer an all synthetic fishnet sock. Yes, fishnet sock. This will allow perspiration from your foot to stay in vapor form and get away from your skin.
2.) Wiggy's Socks as insulator
3.) Wiggy's boot if he still have one in your size (now discontinued) or a quality non-goretex boot like this:
   https://www.haixusa.com/haix-combat-hero  or this: https://www.haixusa.com/haix-black-eagle-athletic-2.0-vt-high-side-zip-desert
or for example: ALICO SPORT Men's Summit Boots
The first two cannot be resoled, but are more comfortable in the beginning.

This is what you wear walking to your stand, then put on a Wiggy's Overboot or his Mukluks, depending on how cold it is where you hunt.
If the oilfield workers in Alaska wearing them for -60F weather over their pack boots, it should work very well.
I would not hesitate to give him a call, as he can talk to you to figure out what works best for your situation.
If you have to cross a stream, use these:

Another Option is to use the cheapest Pac boot you can find which has a removable liner, then replace it with the Wiggys pac boot liner and wear the fishnet socks and the wiggys socks. That will allow all the moisture to be be going to the inside of the pac boot surface, but the liners can be taken out and will dry out the boot much quicker. Fixed liner boots are garbage.
