Takedown limbs' assembly

I have observed takedown bows having a single socket screw, two socket screws, and [Bear's] clamp system.

What are advantages and disadvantages of each in terms of strength, ease of use, durability, building limb sets to order, and other?

Single screw uses a locator pin to ensure limb is on correctly and straight.  The 2 screw version does not use a locator pin but uses that 2nd screw for alignment and securing it as well.  Both ways takes a hex head wrench.  The bear limbs slide in and have a locator pin.  It doesn't require a tool to secure them and Fred designed it to be assembled in under 3 minutes. The bear limbs are expensive to replace new, and you can find used ones in decent shape for a fraction of the costs.  Hope this helps.
