Summer Hog
« on: August 09, 2008, 03:41:00 PM »
I finally got a chance to get away for a short sit this morning.  About thirty minutes after daybreak a group of three hogs ( 2 sows and 1 boar) came by my stand.  I chose to shoot this little 70 lb. sow.  Shot was a little high, she dropped right there and I administered the coup de grace.  Lots of fun and a nice break from summer chores and work.  God Bless.

God is good, all the time!!!

Fritz nice shot, good eating.

You guys without hogs don't know how good yuo have it.  They are fun to hunt, but tear up everything.  Chase the deer out and generally make a mess.
