I just cant bring myself to shoot them . They shoot great out of my bow, but i go back to my woodies each time.

i shot carbons for the first year that i shot trad. bows.   i swichted to wood about 1 month ago.  my carbon arrows shot great, and easy to jack up the weight.  but,  the only time i shoot them is stump shooting and that is getting less and less.  wood just seems right coming out of a traditional bow.  i will use mostly use my woods on all game except for maybe my squirel arrows that i made up.

Im with you guys all the way. Just HAD to get carbons. It was an expense for me to get them flying good, and now that they shoot like darts, Im back to the woodies that I never had any problems with in the first place. Even as a kid I learned everything the hard way, guess I have not changed much LOL!!

I've gotten so comfortable with carbons I'm afraid of what could happen if I switch out to woods.  I was over at Frassettor's house and saw some absolutely gorgeous wood arrows and thought "how on earth could you shoot them?!"

Ultimately I'm worried I would treat them like I do most wood projects - with the utmost level of exacting standards that I can.  That wouldn't get me many arrows..
