ironrhino - most meat markets these days use disposable saw blades on their meat saws. They may not have a old blade on demand, but may save one for you when they change blades on their saws if you ask real nice.
If the market resharpen blades then the old blades are sent back to be resharpened. I work for Kroger and we have been using disposabe blades for many years now. I still have not had time to measure the blades but they might still work. The blade width may depend on the brand of and size saw being used. It never hurts to ask your local "butcher". We also us a scallop blade that has been going over in my mind since I first saw this post. May be useable.
