Love my old Zwickeys
« on: September 06, 2008, 01:56:00 PM »
Every year I look at new broadheads then I get my old Zwickeys out. Already filed just a few passes through the stirling sharpner and a lick or two on a honing stick and they are ready for action.
They work! Nuf Said.

That's why they are still around, they are a very good BH. Easy to sharpen, razor sharp, and holds an edge.

cant go wrong with the old zwickey, iv just come back from 2 months hunting in South Africa and Namibia with a hole collection of heads to try out and at the end of the trip found myself going to the 2 blade zwickey every time.
There is more to the Hunt.. then the Horns

It gives me pleasure knowing that each Zwickey in my quiver has already taken at least one animal and each one is sharp and ready to "rock and roll" again.  Reading about all the broadheads out there is interesting but it's hard for this old dog to change something that's not broke.  MJ

I have some  Eskimos on some brand new Tapered cedar shafts. They'll be in my Mohawk's quiver on opening day next Saturday!

I'm a Zwickey lover as well.  They do work, everytime...

They are ready for any animal, anywhere, anytime.

I bought some of the 1 1/2" wide Magnus heads this year, because I`m interested to see if they honor their "Lifetime" warranty, but I have only tested to see if they fly like a Zwickey.(they do)

I have eleven two edge Delta`s five for practice, six for hunting. My quiver will be full of the Delta`s.

My local whitetails offer little resistance. They cannot survive a "Zwickey Hickey".

I've never been let down by a Zickey.  If I do my job, they do theirs.  Deer, hogs, elk, 'lope, it doesn't seem to matter.
