You may want to try a metal flat washer under your bolt or a different type bolt if that is the problem or your bolt shaft is too long and bottoming out in the riser.

Yep you need a washer.  The back of the antler knob needs to compress against a washer which in turn compresses on the riser.

Could be your bolt is just a hair long also.

I had the same problem and thought it was the leather in the limb bolt bow quiver I had installed. A very faint gap in between limb and riser. You could very faintly see daylight. I noticed this because I was getting some excessive bow noise and was trying to figure out the problem. It was not a length issue, the antler limbolts were the same length as the original limb bolts and adding the additionl width of the limb bolt quiver bracket would elliminate a "bolt to long" problem.
I also had the antler limb bolts as tight as I could get them by hand. I was actually surprised by the fix. I replaced the antler limb bolts with the stock limb bolts with the bow quiver still installed. Torqed them as usual with a wrench and solved the problem. It appears to me I just couldnt get the antler limb bolts tight enough by hand.

Thanks guy's,
I guess its back to the drawing board!! Guess I could make them so that they are non-functional, and that you would still use the torque wrench?? Gonna have a think about it, as is I can't risk shooting it!
