New bow I built...pics
« on: September 19, 2008, 11:59:00 PM »
Greetings All,
Just got another bow finished for a friend and thought I would put a few pics up.

This bow is a 60" 57@28" bow of my own design.

Bacote riser and bloodwood vaneers. Enjoy

Jason

That is a nice looking bow! Well done.

This site sometimes makes me sad  am in New Zealand. I think if I was in the States I would be ordering bows of some of you guys!

Keep up the good work!

Very nice looking bow      :archer:

You may want to rename your topic title. Admin and the  Mod's do not allow the use of "manlaw".

very nice, look good for filling the freezer this year

BTW though, the word "manlaw" has been outlawed, better change the title,

i do suppose someone may come along and change it for you though.

Nice looking bow.

"Manlaw" was becoming way overused, was imported from the arguing site, and well, could it be rudely sexist?

Real nice bow! Limb design looks real fast to me.

That's a great looking bow.

I agree with some of the others here, that bocote and bloodwood really go good together.

What is on the upper limb belly glass right at the fade out?

Great work.  MJ

Jacobm,

That's just how, and where, I sign my bows.

Thanks for the compliments guys.  I appreciate the kind words.

Hey Jason,

Nice bow you made there. You're in the building mood, right?
BTW: I also finished one for a guy in Ireland this week.

Thanks again guys.  I always dreamed someday of people actually wanting to shoot bows that I build.

It's kinda fun seeing people's eyes light up after shooting my creations.  And to be honest,  it's an honor that a few even want to own my creations.

Happy hunting,
Jason
