How hard to find?
«
on:
September 22, 2008, 04:55:00 PM »
I have just started looking for a recurve in the 75-80# range. I would like to have a workout bow. The problem is, I never see them for sale. Did Bear ever make anything that heavy? I haven't seen any Martins that heavy.
Any suggestions?

You don't see them every day; but they were made and pop up now and again. Keep looking one will come along.

Recurves in that range were fairly popular in the 1980's. Keep your eyes on that auction site and you will find one in a few months. There won't be too many people bidding against you so you should get one.

Harmless - Where might I get a little more info on the two Martins?
I saw a Leon Stewart bow in the classifieds but a little too much for a workout bow. Sure looked nice though.
