Dipping Arrows

What can i use to dip my arows in after i have tapered and stained and crested. I have some water based polyurethane. Will that work or should I use something else?

I switched to spray on krylon clear poly.3 to 4 light coats protects very well,and I prefer it to dipping now.
Bowhunting......A way of life and death.
