Yes. They work great. I chronographed my bow with an 8125 string with no silencers, and then again with the string leeches and could not tell a differece in speed. They seem to work at least as well as cat whiskers, if not better in noise reduction. The main issue I have with them is the cost and their durability. I have had to replace them several times this year. I'll probably revert to using whiskers again due to the cost of replacing them.

They work very well, but they don't last.

I use them all the time they work awesome.  Every once in a while i touch them with corn oil to keep them from drying out. I get 6-8 mos. out of them.  Water proof small and they WORK

I have used them and they work fine, they hold up better on an endless loop.Flemish twist will cut them in half after some shooting.

Hey George, I've been using them for a few seasons now and love them. I use the "cable leech", they are much smaller and do just as good a job. I keep hearing folks say that a flemish string will cut them in half but I've never had that happen.

I tried them too. I really liked how well they workedm however, mine were about cut in half after about 4 months. At their price, I didn't want to replace them 3-4 times a year, so I went to the Hush Puppies and Bow Hush combo-----my bow is quieter than its ever been and i've tried several silencer systems at all different prices.

I don't think any deer is going to hear anything coming when i drop the string!  :archer:
