Loggy Bayou Harness?
« on: October 05, 2008, 09:13:00 AM »
I have read all the reviews about the loggy safety harness and it appears most folk like it real well. I am about to order one but the sizing has me confused. I am 5' 10" and weigh 190, the sizing says I need an extra large as a large is for a max 34" waist, extra large up to 44"

My question for current users of this harness is; How adjustable are the straps and can I adjust an extra large down to my 36" waist?

I found these harnesses at a great clearance price and thought I better check before I bought one.

The great clearance price is because they have dissolved. Those two guys are two of my brothers friends and they have closed the doors last year.I dont know all the details except management problems between them.So if anyone needs parts for their stands and stuff you need to get them while there are a few things on the shelves out there.

I have a 34" waist and the large seems like it would have no problem fitting a 36" waist.  PM me if you want me to take some measurements.  I like it a lot.

I'm 5'9" with a 31" waist, 160#. I bought the large on sale and I have it cinched down as small as I can get it to fit me.  It is a very nice harness system--its the 3rd type I've tried and it is my favorite.

Eric, I'm 5'10" 38" waist, but there is still lots of adjustment room left. Ought to work fine for you. Great harness by the way.

It's a great harness. I've tried them all and the loggy bayou is my favorite. Hope someone picks up the style and runs with it. There is nothing better than a comfortable harness that works!! It is the safety harness for the hunter that hates wearing a harness. It would definately be a great gift for anyone that you care for that hunts out of trees.

Hook-muddy outdoors and under armour are now both making one that is very similiar to the LB (although they are a little more expensive). I have tried many harnesses and this is by far the most comfortable.
