NY state game cookbook
«

How many of my fellow New Yorkers would be interested in a NY game and fish cookbook? A good friend of mine is a chef and is in the process of publishing a cookbook for game and fish found in NY. He said the recepies are simple and made of common spices and other things we probably allready have in our cupboards. He also has little stories to go along with each one. I am in one of his stories(but I won't tell, you will have to find it yourself). So how about a little feedback, anyone?
thanks
Mike

I'd love to check it out. This weekend at the Adirondack Attack we had wild turkey sandwiches, venison marsala and pulled venison and moose barbecue. mmmm!

Absolutely. My only thought though is that the topics/recepies are more than "camp style fare". Looking for those "high brow" ways. The stuff you get in a 4 of 5 star establishment. Not Uncle Bob's stew, chili, goulash, stroganoff, etc. Too many of those already abound.
Just my $0.02.

I understand where you are coming from BobW, but a lot of guys are looking for simple stuff that is both easy and goooood.
Thanks for the feedback, I will advise when available.
