Another Serving Question
«
on:

Has anyone ever tried Spiderwire fishing line for double serving to adjust nock fit? I was looking at some tonight and noticed it comes in various diameters (.011, .012 ) and claims to be very slick. I know alot of people will use dental floss but I was looking for something a little more durable. Thanks for any advice. Drew

I have used alot of mono and florocarbon. I do know the spyderwire is very abrasive. I would try it but watch for freying.

Can you really serve with just dental floss?

I don't think they are serving the string with dental floss, just tying nocking points on the serving. Can you imagine, though, the urge to clean your teeth with your bowstring? :D
