I'm overdue for a good hog hunt, but that time frame is PRIME whitetail rut hunting here in TN. Hard to leave.

Kasey it might be cooler then but if you have a Thermacell I would definetely bring it.

We hit the swamps the first morning and my back was getting eaten up. Turned on the thermacell and was fine after that. That was the first time I used one and boy did it turn me into a believer. Best 20-30 bucks I ever spent I think.

The next day was 38 degrees and warmed up to 73 by Sunday afternoon. No bugs that day. We hunted til about 12 or 1.
