Now that I have one of them super duper acx's I'm getting it ready to hunt with. I have one of them Velcro on quivers, Can I mount it to the bottom of the limbs as close to the riser as I can get and not mess up the performance of the bow?

You got it. Think about the EFA Talon for that application.
