TBM doesn't know math
« on: March 02, 2007, 10:38:00 AM »
Just wanted to let you all know how great TBM's customer service.
My Dec/Jan issue did not arrive and was probably lost and I contacted them after a month of its expected arrival and they mailed another copy and I was all smiles after that.
But the next issue, the same thing happened.Robin Conrads then e mailed me that the next issue,She would mail it herself instead of the publisher which probably is the cause of the problem.
Now here is the math part, everytime I receive a copy she mails, the stamp says 6$, Guys,I pay them 30$ for a year's subscription and the postage cost if this continues is 36$.
Tbm Doesn't know math but I am one very happy subscriber.THANKS TBM!   :clapper:

Maybe all the International ones got eaten up someplace as I did not get my last issue either!

I'll 2nd TBM's customer service. I've lost a few over the years in the post. Robin ALWAYS post off a new one asap. One could not complain about that.
