Thanks for all the suggestions I will be on the self layaway plan.  I get so much a month to put towards a bow might be awhile but that just means more scheming.

Shrew with BowBolt or Holm-Made with BowBolt. Both are very nice. The Shrew is much better known and a good investment if you resell, but is more expensive and takes a year after ordering to receive. The Holm-Made would only be a couple of months or less after ordering to receive and costs three-fourths of the price of the Shrew. They both shoot well. If you want a shorter bow (54" or 56"), the Shrew Hunter Classic is the one you need. If you want a somewhat longer bow (60" or 62") that is a little faster and has a larger sight window, the Holm-Made has those qualities. Everyone knows how good the Shrews are, and they live up to their first-class reputation. The Holm-Made bows are the secret bargain in high performance, quality bows. I have both and only have good things to say about them and the bowyers who build them.
