I have one of Tim's Prairie Swift recurves, and it's a fantastic bow.  The Nomad is every bit as good, I'm sure...

We have 2 Kota Prairie Fire longbows.  Great bows.  Fast, quiet, dead on-can't ask for more!  Go with Kota and you will not regret it.

I have owned 2 Prairie Nomads. One was 46# and the other 51#.  Both were fine bows.

I had one Prarie Nomad Kota. It had a cocobolo handle and osage limbs. Fast and well made.

I have one and love it.  Mine has a bacote riser, and curly maple limbs (over bamboo), with bacote splices to the limb fadeouts.  I've killed 2 does with it so far this season, and am working on finding a buck....

Here is the doe I killed last week.  Not sure how great the bow will show up in the picture,  but it is one of the prettiest bows you will ever see.  I also had the grip checkered, as I couldn't see covering up that pretty riser with leather.  It's extremely quiet too.  I hate to admit it, but I got 3 shots at this doe, all within 20 yards.  The 1st shot went directly under her brisket, and all she did was duck down for a second, then went on about her business, the next shot was the right elevation, but too far back (PAUNCH), and the third shot was perfect, hit her on the last rib, quartering away, mid body, but the arrow entered, glanced off the rib, and exited through the skin, resulting in a minor flesh wound.  Then she walked off into the corn, and I trailed her up the next morning. Sorry for being long winded, but I think the story proves how quiet the bow is.

I have one with 2 sets of limbs 60" and 62". I prefer the 62" at my 29" draw but the 60" will draw to 29" no problem.Very nicely made, suprisingly quick for a mild R/D design. Nice and easy to quiet, its the bow I am hunting with this fall.

I've shot Tim's complete line of bows. I own a Swift and a Badlands. All good stuff. Here's a pic of what I call my "Red Rocket". The name fits, it's quick and a real good shooter. I received it from Tim, spent an evening tuning, and went hunting. This is from the first or second time out with it. The bow isn't even a month old yet.

I must have had that 1 in a hundred! I had a Prarie Nomad,  It pulled smooth,  looked very nice, however I did not care for the the limb allinment pins and the limb bolt arrengement.  I have seen bows that IMO fit a lot nicer,  This particular bow I'm refering to was also very slow when compared to all of the other 3 pcs. T/D's I've owned or had the pleasure of shooting.

I like mine. It's 64", 52#@28". Bought it here on Tradgang. I haven't hunted with it yet, but I sure can shoot it well. When I do get it in the woods, the deer better watch out!

I like the feel (shape) of the grip on mine more than the feel of a Great Plains 3pc longbow that I once held.  Great shooters. Very smooth.  I like the short riser on mine.
