are these "sharp enough"?

i am using a magnus accusharp and was wondering what you all consider sharp enough to hunt with.  i have gotton them the shave hair, and the catch on my finger nail with no pressure.  is that sharp enough to hunt with?  what are other test to try?  thanks for any help!
