What size string?
« on: November 12, 2008, 07:20:00 PM »
Hello all!  A buddy of mine has a Browning Nomad Stalker.  It is 47" long from tip to tip.  He was wondering what string size would he need for the bow.  Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!!  :archer:

Thank you!

Pat

Measure the bow from nock groove to nock groove on the belly side.Does he have an old string? I believe the Nomad Stalker is a 52" AMO bow not 47".If you don't have the old string and if the measurement is 52",order a string for a 52" AMO bow which the string would be around 48" long.Or tell the stringmaker how long the actual string is and it is for a recurve.
