Does anyone have any info on Saxon? I picked up this bow at a "you consign it" store. I am new to archery, and wondered if the $100.00 I paid is worth it? I know this is too much bow for me right now (60#)but should I keep it around?

Saxon bows are some of the best I have shot. I am surprised that you don't hear more about them.

You found a bargin! I had one great shooters. As far as keeping it for a first bow 60#s is heavy but are you a true 28" draw? It will drop 3 pounds per inch. Or gain 3 pounds per inch if you draw over 28"s. If you only draw 27"s it will be 57#s etc etc. The one I had I sold to a good friend for 150.00[bought a Mohawk] so you did well on the price for sure.

I have a 40# recurve that I am starting with, but I am definitely a LB guy. Thanks for the feedback.
