Glad you guys got to see him (or her).

They've been up on that property ever since My parents bought the place about six years ago, they are a common sight on the hillside above my Mom's chicken lot  :D

The fox population took a big hit around my neck of the woods due to the coyotes, I'm glad these are doing well.

I always enjoy watching foxes. reds can show up anytime, grays I see mostly at last light and the grays are great tree climbers. They are Hell on the cat population. lol

Mr. Traks,

I'm surprised he stayed around for so long.  My experience is that the first sent of man, and they kick in warp speed putting distance between them and me!!

Believe me guys, I SERIOUSLY thought about it!!!

I've been watching these foxes for a few years now and have seen them several times on stand.

One year, I had a big one come right under my tree stand, sit down, and start grooming himself. I tried to turn in the seat for a better shot and he immediately looked directly at me.

Today my Mom said she saw him behind her building after the skin and guts of the deer I killed a couple of days ago. Problem was, they were frozen so he didn't get much of a meal!!
