Thanks guys. Best news of all, the old Doe is as tender as can be! Thought she might wind up being jerky, but last night's steak was superb! The Mrs. is REALLY happy now!!     :D      

JL: I'm very happy w/ my Supreme. I know some have had negative things to say about them  :rolleyes: , but I like it as much as my many "customs" and it's shoots exceptionally well for me.
