question on youth bow/arrows
« on: November 26, 2008, 08:53:00 PM »
anyone got any idea what arrows I need to get for my wife? 20lb @28" recurve(she pulls it 23"), everything I have and the only "archery" shop around have is way to stiff. I finnaly got her into archery after 7 years and want her to have a close to tuned as possible bow. O' and she shoots 3 under.

thanks!!

Find out what weight she is actually pulling at the 23" with a scale. 3 Rivers youth arrows or such will probably work for her.

1/4 inch cedar or fir shafts cut to roughly 28 inches should do it
