Time warp?
« on: November 28, 2008, 01:43:00 PM »
When backing out of a thread to the main board, I frequently get a page from the past with old posts.  I hit re-fresh and it's back to normal.  Does this happen to anyone else, or am I losing my mind?

Took me years to figure this one out.  Don't use the back button.  Instead, scroll down and hit the "Go" button, or go to the bar at the top of the thread and click on the underlined "PowWow"

It used to happen to me all the time. Just freakishly stopped and I can't explain it. I still always use the back button with no problems now.

Still happens to me, as well, if I use the back button.

I do as Whip, and usually click on the underlined word PowWow at the top right which looks like: Trad Gang.com » Main Forums » PowWow, f I want to go back to PowWow. If you want to go to main forums, just click on the words "Main Forums"

It used to happen to me when I used IE but now that I use Mozzila Firefox it never happens.

Happens to me too...go back to the main page and suddenly "Hey where did all the posts go that I was reading?" then I see the dates are changed. It's weird.

Clear your "temp. int. files" more often and it will stop. What is happening is your PC. looks for stored pages of the address instead of new ones. When you refresh it does the same thing. Biff
